Our Partner Based Kids 'n Keys
Class
317B Old Hwy 431, Hampton Cove, AL
(Next door to Cotton
States at the Village of Hampton Cove)
(Directions:
From Governor's Drive, turn left at the light at Old Hwy 431. Turn left
again at the first light into the Village of Hampton Cove. Look for the
Cotton State Sign. We are in Suite B.)
Application Fee:
- Our
$30.00 application fee is the first step to enrolling your child in our Kids
'n Keys department.
- This fee covers processing your enrollment, unlimited
Partner Workshops and student care.
- Since we use this fee to hold your spot
in class, and therefore others are turned away, this fee is not refundable
for any reason.
- Should you terminate from KnK, you will be
charged this application fee again upon returning.
Initial Material Kit:
Your
initial material kit includes:
- A canvas, embroidered- zippered book bag
- The curriculum for Level One (flashcards, book and CD)
- A whiteboard kit,
(a staff whiteboard, marker and erasing cloth)
- An attendance book
- A supplemental notebook
- Your cost for these materials is $59.95
plus tax.
Session Enrollment Commitment:
- A Session Application is your commitment to each session.
- Since we be
base our class enrollment on your
application, your account will be charged for the full session at the time of
applying for that session.
- Monthly payments may be made on your
account or you may pay the full session up front.
- Once you commit, you are responsible for the total session
amount regardless of whether you attend lessons or not.
Why? Because we take your
commitment seriously. We have a limited number of students that we may
teach in each session. So your commitment may result in others are being
turned away. We also have minimum class sizes. If you commit and change
your mind, the class may fall below minimum size so your decision affects
everyone else enrolled in that class. For that reason you will be charged
for the full cost of the session whether or not you complete the session.
Partner Based Session Tuition: Levels
1-6: $75.00 per
month x 4 months- $300.00 per session. Four monthly payments may be made or one
payment up front option is available.
Session Material Fees:
- New
materials are required at the start of each LEVEL.
- $22.50 (plus tax) includes a
new book, CD, flashcards, HomePlay Sheets and reward incentives.
- Other equipment
may be required depending on the study for that session. e.g. recorder,
metronome, etc.
Event Fee -

We strive to keep your event fees low.

Your event fee is $25.00 per event.

Your account will be charged the
month before each event.

All registered students must pay this event
regardless of whether you are able to attend our performances.
Termination Policy-
-
Termination may only occur at the end of a session.
-
Failure to complete a
session will result in your being charged for the remainder of that session.

A
full calendar month termination notice must be given to the office before the
first day of the last month of each session.

(The accountant needs paperwork to
process through the billing cycle.)

Emailed or phone in termination
notices are not accepted.
Transfer students:
- We are able to take transfer students into our program.
- If your child has
been in piano lessons and has been unsuccessful or unhappy, give us a call.
- We may have a class that you will be able to transfer into.
- We will set up
an evaluation appointment, and place child based on availability of openings.
