Tots 'n Time

New Location - 317 B Hampton Cove, Alabama

(In the Village of Hampton Cove, next door to Cotton States)

Walkers 16 to 36 months

This class type meets for 30 minutes each week and involves the partner actively with the child. This class involves piano, rhythm instruments, lap bounces, movement and singing.  Fun, fast-paced, and very popular! 

Application Fee: 

  • A $30.00 application fee is the first step to enroll in our on-going program. 
  • This fee holds your child's spot in class and covers processing your enrollment, unlimited Partner Workshops and student care. 
  • Since we use this fee to hold your spot in class, and therefore others are turned away, this fee is not refundable for any reason. 
  • 2nd Family Member Application Fee: For our families who have interest in enrolling more than one child in our program, each additional application fee is $15.00.

Material Fee:  Our Tots 'n Time material kit is $59.95 plus tax.  It contains: 

  • A canvas-embroidered book bag,
  • A supplemental notebook
  • An attendance sticker book
  • 2 egg shakers
  • 2 wrist bells
  • Rhymes and Rhythm book and CD
  • If purchased separately, your materials would cost $75.00.
  • After this initial material fee, all materials are included while your child is in the toddler department.

Monthly Tuition Fee: 

  • Our Tots 'n Time monthly fee is $40.00 per month.

  • Tuition payment is due the first day of each month. 

  • Automatic payment option is required. (Visa, MasterCard or Discover) or advance check. 

On-Going Classes-

  • Our Tots 'n Time music classes are on-going. This means that once you enroll, you are charged for monthly tuition and a place is reserved for your child until we receive advance written termination notice. (see below.)
Event Fee -  We strive to keep your event fees low.  Most schools charge $40-$75 per event.
  • Our event fee is $25.00 per event.  Unless otherwise specified, your account will be charged one month before each event.
  • All registered students are required to pay this event fee regardless of whether you are able to attend our performances.  

Termination Policy-

  • One calendar month advance written notice must be received before the first day of the month which you desire to be your last. 
  • This means that if you want to terminate the end of November, written notice must be received before the last day of October. 
  • Failure to get written notice in on time, will result in your being charged an additional month's tuition.  
  • Emailed and phoned termination notices are not accepted, as a signature is required.
