Our Kids 'n Keys Class -at the Muscle Shoals Music Academy Application Fee: Our $30.00 application fee is the first step to enrolling your child in our Kids 'n Keys department. This fee covers processing your enrollment, unlimited Partner Workshops and student care. Since we use this fee to hold your spot in class, and therefore others are turned away, this fee is not refundable for any reason. (Should you terminate from KnK, you will be charged this application fee again upon returning.) Initial Material Kit: Your initial material kit includes: A canvas, embroidered- zippered book bag, the curriculum for Level One (flashcards, book and CD), whiteboard kit, attendance book and supplemental notebook. Your cost for these materials is $59.95 plus tax. Session Enrollment Commitment: A Session Application is your commitment to the next session. Since we will be basing our class enrollment on your application, your account will be charged for the full session at the time of applying for that session. You may make monthly payments on your account or pay the full session amount up front. You are liable for the full session irregardless of whether you attend lessons or not. Why? Because we take your commitment seriously. We have a limited number of students that we may teach in each session. So your commitment may result in others are being turned away. We also have minimum class sizes. If you commit and change your mind, the class may fall below minimum size so your decision affects everyone else enrolled in that class. For that reason you will be charged for the full cost of the session whether or not you complete the session. Session Tuition: $60.00 per month x 4 months- $240.00 per session. Four $60.00 monthly payments may be made. Automatic payment options required. Session Material Fees: New materials are required at the start of each LEVEL. $22.50 (plus tax) includes a new book, CD, flashcards, HomePlay Sheets and reward incentives. Other equipment may be required depending on the study for that session. e.g. recorder, metronome, etc. Session Application Fee: If you choose to take time off from lessons, you will be charged the full application fee when you return. Event Fee - We strive to keep your event fees low. Our event fee is $20.00 per event. Your account will be charged the month before each event. All registered students must pay this event regardless of whether you are able to attend our performances.Termination Policy- Termination may only occur at the end of a session. Failure to complete a session will result in your being charged for the remainder of that session. A full calendar month termination notice must be given to the office before the first day of the last month of each session. (The accountant needs something to process through the billing cycle.)
